Mansfield Hollow State Park as it is now, is the result of events stretching back to the hurricanes in the 1930.  The lake now spans 500-acres, with an abundance of fish found in its waters, from largemouth bass to yellow perch to chain pickerel, Mansfield Hollow State Park is known as one of Connecticut's best spots for anglers.
