… on being selected as 1 of 20 Great Places to Retire per the May 2008 edition of Connecticut Magazine. The magazine identifies Mansfield as an evolving “college town” by providing cafés, shops, restaurants and a host of arts related venues. There are also plans for Storrs Center which will be built on 50 acres and will provide retail, restaurants, office space and several types of housing.
